This policy applies to all furniture purchased on sofatableas.com. We strive to ensure your full satisfaction with every purchase.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be approved for refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for return:
- The furniture must be unused, unassembled and kept in original condition.
- All original boxes, accessories, manuals and packaging must be intact.
- You need to provide valid order information or purchase proof.
- Returns without prior approval will be rejected.
3. Return Process
- Send an email to support@sofatableas.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- Once approved, we will send you a return label and detailed shipping instructions.
- Repack the item securely and attach the return label before sending it back.
4. Shipping & Fees
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.
- Customer-initiated returns for personal reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- No restocking fee will be charged on qualified returns.
5. Return Address

6. Refund Arrangement
We will inspect the goods after receiving your return. Once inspection is passed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your bank’s processing schedule.
7. Exchange Service
We do not support direct exchange. If you need another item, please complete the return process first and place a new order separately.
